With more than 20 years’ experience in e-learning we have used the feedback from our clients as well as our own R&D to continually enhance our digital learning platforms. We also understand the pressure that Learning and Development practitioners are under and we partner with our clients by offering services such as design and development of content and assessments, as well as customised training.
Ann has a Master’s degree in molecular physics and a background in materials science engineering together. She also has substantial teaching experience in Maths and Physical Science at Matric level and worked in the Distance Education field for a number of years prior to venturing into the arena of digital learning by starting Eduflex in 2001.
As well as being a Director of Eduflex, Mandla is the Executive Director for Business Development for Ngululu Holdings our major shareholder.
Mandla holds qualifications in Accounting, Corporate Governance and Project Management in addition to several Management Development Program qualifications from UNISA.
He is an experienced business coach and mentor having held various positions in agencies such as LimDev, MEGA, Trade Investment Limpopo and SEDA between 1993 and 2009.
